Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager – Greene King Pubs
You’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example, making sure our Customers and teams have a great time.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead operations in their absence.
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a role model for the team, including training and development.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
