Job Description

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be central to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of a thriving pub. From the very first step in the door, you must lead by example, guaranteeing an excellent experience for all customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the business in their absence.
  • Bring our brand to life by guiding the team in delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
  • Act as a role model for staff, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure customer safety and team safety at all times.
