Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager – Premium Pub Lead by example and help ensure the smooth running of a busy, vibrant pub
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, leading by example to ensure both customers and the team have a fantastic experience. The pub thrives on your passion, leadership, and attention to detail—delivering exceptional service while upholding our high standards every day.

Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in:
- Day-to-day business operations and leading the establishment during their absence
- Leading the team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
- Acting as a stfigurehead for the brand, training and developing team members
- Maintaining strict adherence to brand standards, ensuring customer safety and team well-being
