What will I be doing?
As Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, taking on Duty Manager responsibilities when they’re unavailable.
- Use your communication skills to train and inspire the team, ensuring exceptional food, drink, and service.
- Lead as a role model, guiding individual development within your team.
- Drive the team to deliver memorable guest experiences—creating moments that WOW and keep customers coming back.
