Assistant Manager – South West London (Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton, Carshalton)

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our teams in our stylish, fresh-food pubs in South West London—think Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton, and Carshalton.

You’ll have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to team management. 70% of our General Manager vacancies in the last financial year were filled with internal candidates, so if becoming a GM is your goal, we’ll support you every step of the way.


What We’re Looking For

Leadership & Adaptability You’ll have strong leadership skills and the confidence to think quickly and make decisions—previous experience leading a team is essential.
