Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and visual merchandising. This role requires a motivated individual with strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for retail, and a proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment and a strong understanding of retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the GM with daily operations
- Training and motivating the store team
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing inventory levels
- Creating an engaging shopping experience for customers
- Involved in merchandising, stock management, and achieving sales goals
