Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a department and fill in as Duty Manager when required
- Support the Store Manager in delivering key performance indicators, including:
- Sales targets
- Shrinkage control
- Wage control
- Drive exceptional customer service and foster team engagement
- Oversee:
- Stock control
- Merchandising
- Store compliance to standards
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Analyse store data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
What We’re Looking For
Required for this Assistant Manager role:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager (or equivalent) in a fast-paced retail setting
- A hands-on leader who excels on the shop floor and motivates team members
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service, meeting targets, and driving results
- Proactive mindset with eagerness for career progression into future Store Manager roles
