You’ll be at the heart of our management team at Greene King pubs, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy venue. From the first moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example—making sure our customers and teams have an enjoyable experience.

What You’ll Do as Assistant Manager

  • Support General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Lead the team to create amazing customer experiences.
  • Set the standard for our brand — ensuring safety and consistency for both staff and guests.
  • Mentor and develop staff through training and leadership.
