Assistant Manager

With two fresh food kitchens creating everything from scratch, ever-evolving menus, and four bars spread across four unique floors, Tivoli is anything but ordinary. Our style of service changes throughout the venue too, from relaxed bar service to table service, giving every guest a different experience depending on where they are.

Alongside two indoor 9-hole golf courses, a shuffleboard basement, private event spaces, and a rooftop bar / terrace with views across Cambridge, Tivoli is one of Cambridge's most exciting social destinations.

Our flexible spaces make us the perfect home for everything from large corporate events and exclusive hires to celebrations and unique one-off experiences. Working closely with our two dedicated Sales & Events Managers, the team helps bring these occasions to life, making sure every event feels seamless and memorable.

No two days are ever the same at Tivoli. It's a vibrant, fast-moving environment where creativity, great hospitality and teamwork come together to create something unique.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
