About the Role
As Assistant Manager at Seven Stars, you’ll bring your experience and leadership to support the General Manager in driving team success. With your passion and drive, you’ll:

Your Daily Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Daily: Support the General Manager, covering duties as Duty Manager when absent
- Upskill and coach your team—training them to deliver brilliant food, drink and service
- Lead by example: be their role model, giving guidance on their development
- Create WOW moments for guests to keep them returning
