About the Role
As Assistant Manager at the Cadland, you’ll bring your experience and expertise to the table, working closely with the General Manager to lead your team toward success.

Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, your key duties include:
- Supporting the General Manager in running the business daily, covering Duty Manager responsibilities when needed.
- Using your communication skills to train and inspire your team, ensuring exceptional food, drink, and service standards.
- Acting as a role model for professionalism and mentoring staff development.
- Leading the team to exceed guest expectations, creating memorable “WOW” moments that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
