Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great time.

Role Responsibilities
What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the business in their absence
- Bring the brand to life by leading the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Act as a role model for the team, including training and development support
- Champion and maintain brand standards, customer safety, and team safety
