ASSISTANT MANAGER
Assistant Manager – Retail (Store Leadership)
Location: Primark, Meadowhall, UK Salary: £47,060 + bonus + medical cover (31 days annual leave & pension scheme) Contract: Full-Time Permanent (5 days a week, 22.5+ hours daily)

Required Qualifications & Skills
You’ll need to bring the following to the role:
- Proven experience as a people-focused leader with a track record of building high-performing retail teams.
- Ability to exceed sales targets and drive commercial success through strategic decision-making.
- A passion for customer care, with the ability to deliver unparalleled in-store experiences.
- Strong integration of Primark’s values and workplace behaviours into daily operations.
