Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer care and operational standards daily by engaging with customers to deeply understand their needs.
You will lead and inspire your team across both retail and pharmacy by demonstrating strong leadership on the shop floor, emphasising how to deliver outstanding service and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your team to drive business growth through excellent customer and patient care
- Oversee team performance and development, providing regular coaching and feedback
- Ensure sustainable and efficient operations in both retail and pharmacy, maintaining stock availability, controlling costs, minimising loss, and meeting customer expectations
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments to safeguard patient and public health
- Interpret data, trends, and insights to work efficiently and respond to evolving customer needs
What You’ll Need
Essential:
- Proven experience in leading a team within a customer-facing environment
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve performance targets
- A collaborative personality that thrives in a team-driven setting
