Assistant Manager – What we're looking for!
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager who's passionate about great food, exceptional service and inspiring people.
This is a varied role, with a balance of leading the team on the floor and supporting the General Manager behind the scenes. You'll oversee bookings, assist with administrative tasks, help manage our social media presence, and keep the business running smoothly while leading by example on the floor.
