About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter - Kettering, you’ll contribute your expertise to support the General Manager in leading your team to success. With your passion and drive, you’ll motivate, mentor, and inspire staff to deliver world-class guest experiences.

What will you do as Assistant Manager?
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including acting as Duty Manager when they’re absent.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver outstanding food, drinks, and service that you’ll feel proud of.
- Serves as a role model, guiding professional and personal development for staff.
- Lead the team to create memorable WOW moments for guests, encouraging repeat visits.
