Club Manager (Everlast Gyms) – Full-Time Leadership Role
Company Overview
As the lead of your club, you’ll drive excellence across sales, service, and operations—ensuring every member visits an outstanding gym experience and setting the tone for high performance. This role is responsible for inspiring your team, optimising commercial success, and maintaining uncompromising standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performance team
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to maximise individual and collective potential
- Lead by example on the gym floor and reception
Drive Commercial Success
- Oversee all revenue streams (memberships, personal training, secondary spend)
- Harness profitability by exceeding targets and optimising commercial opportunities
Elevate Member Experience
- Foster a welcoming, premium, and energetic environment
- Engage members at every interaction, building loyalty and satisfaction
Operate with Excellence
- Ensure adherence to FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND, and MOVE initiatives
- Maintain high operational consistency and company service standards

Experience & Qualifications
✔ Passion for health, fitness, and wellness ✔ Level 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable but not mandatory) ✔ Strong leadership skills with adaptable communication and management style ✔ A member-first mindset with exceptional interpersonal abilities ✔ Commercial acumen and motivation to exceed targets
