Assistant Manager – Retail (Full-Time) at Savers

- Salary: £31,600 per annum + generous bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities
- Lead with people at the heart – Build strong team culture and drive performance.
- Connect with the local community – Be a familiar and engaging face in Dungannon.
- Optimise sales through routine and strategy – Identify opportunities and delegates tasks effectively.
- Enhance store performance – Support teams in achieving exceptional results daily.
