As our Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for both our team and our customers. You'll be a hands-on leader, adept at managing the day-to-day operations of our popular country pub and restaurant.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the pub and restaurant.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory, stock, and supplier relationships.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene.
- Drive business performance through effective management and customer engagement.
