Assistant Manager – Greene King Pubs

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth and enjoyable operation of one of our busy pubs. From day one, you’ll set the tone, leading by example to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers and teams alike.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including taking charge when they’re unavailable.
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences—reaching the high standards that define our brand.
  • Act as a role model for team members, focusing on training, development, and mentorship.
  • Ensure brand consistency, safety, and compliance at all times for customers and staff.
