Job Description
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great time.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including leading operations in their absence.
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Act as a role model for the team, focusing on training and development.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
