Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, your role will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business, including covering the role when unavailable via Duty Manager duties.
- Training and mentoring your team—helping them refine their skills in food, drink, and exceptional service to ensure our guests always feel valued.
- Being the role model—guiding team development and setting an example of professionalism.
- Creating memorable “wow” moments for guests to ensure they return for more.
