Responsibilities
Assistant Managers are essential to our success. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coaching & training employees to ensure a well-run, high-performance team
- Managing shifts to optimize sales, productivity, and profitability
- Maintaining excellent operations with a focus on consistency across food quality and customer service
- Modeling our values of cleanliness, efficiency, and passion for service

Essential Job Functions
