Assistant Manager Role – Flaming Grill
At the heart of our management team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and dynamic operation of our busy pub environment—lead by example to create unforgettable experiences for both our customers and teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and step in as the primary leader during their absence.
- Bring the Flaming Grill brand to life by guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Serve as a positive role model for the team, contributing to their training, development, and mentorship.
- Champion brand standards, ensuring customer and team safety at all times.
