Job Description
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping ensure the smooth running of our busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great time.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager...
- Support the [General Manager] in the day-to-day running of the business and lead the team in their absence.
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
- Act as a role model for the team and support with training and development.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
