Your Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the accounting and financial reporting function across a diverse client portfolio. Key duties include:
- Own delivery of monthly management accounts for multiple clients
- Lead and review work from junior team members based in global service centres (India and Mauritius)
- Provide technical accounting guidance and resolve complex client queries
- Oversee payments, reporting, and key financial processes for regulatory compliance
- Manage year-end deliverables, including financial statements adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to meet critical deadlines
- Support tax compliance, including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds, and PSA filings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience
✅ Must be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or a final-year ACCA student with relevant technical experience.
✅ Proven experience preparing management accounts, ideally in a multi-client fund admin or financial services environment.
