The Role:
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff, identifying training needs, assisting in managing the team
- Assisting Manager with portfolio of clients and becoming involved in workflow management of the team
- Involvement in work-in-progress and the overall billing process
- Review of client financial statements (FRS 105, 102, 102 1A) and corporation tax returns
- Preparation and review of personal tax returns
- Responsibility for a portfolio of VAT returns

The Ideal Candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience as Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager
- Ideally, 1-2 years’ post qualification experience
- Experience using CCH and Xero would be beneficial
- Good team player, able to interact with all levels of an organisation
