The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the management team in running daily operations efficiently
- Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assisting with sales strategies and boosting business performance
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety
- Creating a positive, energetic work environment where everyone thrives
- Building strong customer relationships for an outstanding experience
- Handling administrative tasks and managing shift schedules
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or fast-paced environment
- A natural leader, capable of inspiring and guiding your team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude
- Confidence as a hands-on problem solver, able to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
