Assistant Manager Overview
The Assistant Manager's main responsibility is to support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profitability whilst developing and retaining a high-performing team.
About You
- Able to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience, demonstrating leadership traits in coaching and motivating the team
- Adept at understanding and analysing commercial reports to drive business opportunities
- Skilled in identifying key performance behaviours and competencies within the team
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with support office departments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong prioritising and organisational skills
- Values honesty and integrity in working relationships

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent product training and knowledge sharing to provide unbiased customer advice
- Exceed sales targets and company acquisition targets for N.dulge
- Assist the Store Manager in managing payroll spend within budget through effective scheduling and people planning
- Oversee stock file accuracy, adhering to all stock handling policies to ensure maximum stock accuracy and minimise loss
- Maintain team awareness of daily, weekly, and monthly targets such as sales targets, ATV, AUS, and conversion targets
- Confidently analyse weekly, monthly, and yearly business reports
- Support recruitment and retention of diverse teams that aligns with our ‘customer first’ experience philosophy
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable environment for employees
- Deliver feedback and manage performance effectively in line with company processes
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team – be a role model!
