Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, your role will include:
- Delivering extraordinary guest experiences: Ensuring every visit is marked by warmth and fresh energy, always centred on Las Iguanas’ bold vision.
- Driving performance: Keeping up, surpassing, and innovating to meet restaurant and brand objectives.
- Leading and inspiring teams: Cultivating a fun, empowering environment for staff growth and development.
- Upholding safety and compliance: Ensuring legal and operational smoothness for the restaurant.
- Commercial awareness: Aligning with broader business decisions while making impactful financial choices.
