Responsible for coordinating activities of a team to develop and maintain information requirements and standards, developing and managing processes within a common data environment. Managing the delivery of information management function for project team. You’ll be responsible for: Providing support to the Delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. Advising, innovating, understanding, developing and implement processes described within ISO19650 series, including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery. Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Developing an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients. Ensuring security protocols have been followed for viewing and issuing of information on all projects. Monitoring digital handover to completion. Participating in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments. Reading, understanding and supporting the delivery of business process and procedures guides. Reviewing current technology solutions and research new solutions that can be used to improve the BIM process including emerging technologies. Staying up to date on the latest developments of applicable classifications. Supporting construction sequencing strategy using information models. Supporting implementation of governance and assurance processes. Providing support in preparation of cost plans from information models. Supporting object library development in alignment with wider BIM strategy. Supporting the development of BIM execution plan (BEP). Supporting the development of Information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650. Supporting the production of information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources. Providing support during the production of the Information Model. (Pre-RIBA Stage 3 only). Understanding and performing in line with Information management assignment matrix (from Table A.1 of BS EN ISO 19650-2). Upskilling the client team, Mace project managers and design team by running BIM knowledge sharing sessions. Collaborating with the Mace PM and Design teams on procedural elements and compliance with the Mace way. Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You’ll need to have: Level 3 qualifications (or equivalent). A level, access to higher education diploma, advanced apprenticeship, AS level, international Baccalaureate diploma, level 3 award, level 3 certificate, level 3 diploma, level 3 ESOL, level 3 national certificate, level 3 national diploma, level 3 NVQ, T Level.
