About the Role

Help launch and shape our revitalised venue as part of an exciting new chapter. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a business that values innovation and quality.

As the Assistant Manager, you’ll be integral to the management team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic, bustling pub. Leading by example, you’ll create unforgettable experiences for both customers and team members.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Leadership

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and lead operations in their absence.
  • Inspire and lead the team by delivering outstanding experiences for all customers.
  • Act as a role model and provide training and development for colleagues.
