What We’re Looking For
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth, high-quality service. You’ll:
- Inspire and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistently excellent food & coffee
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment built on teamwork and camaraderie
- Drive efficiency across both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Uphold health and safety standards, manage stock ordering, stock takes, and reduce waste
- Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow with Pret
- Support prompt issue resolution and exceptional customer experiences

Our Managers are leaders, inspirers, and drivers of their teams. About You
We’re searching for an authentic, warm individual who embodies Pret’s vibe—someone who:

Experience needed:
- Proven skills in retail or hospitality leadership—handling teams, driving profitability, and maintaining top-tier customer experiences.

- Contractual bonus: 15% of monthly salary (paid quarterly)

The Interview Journey
