London Bridge Rooftop

London Bridge, London

Full-time / Fixed-term contract

£16.50 per hour + service charge, currently around £6.00 per hour

Who are we?

London Bridge Rooftop is a 240-capacity outdoor bar across from The Shard, with top-notch views of London, cocktails, pints, and amazing food.

We love our customers and like to make them feel at home. We’re looking for an outgoing, confident, and lively Assistant Manager to come and join our fun and friendly family, helping us deliver smooth service, a happy team, and a brilliant guest experience.

The Role

As the Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, running service, organizing the team, and taking responsibility for guest experience. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth operation and a happy, well-supported team.

You will liaise with the host and kitchen teams to make a plan for the day, analyzing peak times and potential pinch points, and organizing the bar, floor, and barback teams accordingly.

In collaboration with the rest of the management team, you will help drive the business forward through menu choices, streamlining service, and keeping stock control consistent.

We’re seeking a candidate with strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, outstanding customer service and sales abilities, and a track record of effectively training and motivating teams to maintain high standards.

Prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and responsibility for large teams is vital. A vibrant personality, strong organization, and exceptional communication skills are also necessary.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
