Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines
- Monitor deliverables and client expectations, delivering high-quality outcomes
- Assist in client relationship management, including communication and service coordination
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web development, digital marketing, IT consultation)
- Streamline workflows, implementing process improvements where needed
- Support senior management in planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Offer proactive problem-solving and assurance of service quality standards
- Facilitate internal communication and team engagement
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate:
✔ Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client, team, and leadership collaboration
