The Role: Assistant Manager – Operations

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations across key service lines. Your responsibilities will include:

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines
  • Monitor deliverables and client expectations, delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Assist in client relationship management, including communication and service coordination
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web development, digital marketing, IT consultation)
  • Streamline workflows, implementing process improvements where needed
  • Support senior management in planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Offer proactive problem-solving and assurance of service quality standards
  • Facilitate internal communication and team engagement

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate:

✔ Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client, team, and leadership collaboration
