Assistant Manager – Join Our South American Adventure at Las Iguanas

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Assistant Manager to support our General and Deputy Managers in leading the charge, maintaining dynamic service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be pivotal in:

  • Leading shifts and ensuring a seamless guest experience every time
  • Motivating, mentoring, and engaging your team during busy services
  • Driving compliance with safety, branding, and operational standards
  • Being hands-on—looking grounded to adapt quickly and assist wherever needed
  • Developing future talent within the team
