Qualifications & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and take charge in their absence.
- Lead teams in delivering outstanding experiences for customers and uphold brand standards.
- Act as a role model—mentor, train, and develop staff.
- Ensure customer safety and team well-being at all times.
