Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team
- Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently
- Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
