Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our thriving team at Tortilla’s flagship location in Westfield Stratford. As a full-time, permanent role, this position offers an exceptional salary of up to £35,000 per annum, plus an achievable bonus of up to £7,000 per year.

What We’re Looking For

- Are current Assistant Managers or experienced supervisors with strong GP/Labour control knowledge (optional)
- Give their best in customer-facing roles, training and developing teams
- Possibly have experience in fast-food, bars, restaurants, or contract catering—but above all:
