Internal Audit Assistant Manager in Manchester - Top 10 UK Firm
Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a top 10 UK firm in their search for an experienced and motivated Internal Audit Assistant Manager to join its growing Risk Advisory practice with clients in commercial sector within the UK and overseas. There may be small elements of international travelling in this role, giving you the exposure and network to professionals from diverse backgrounds.
About the role
This role offers the opportunity to deliver top-quality internal audit and advisory services to a diverse range of clients across manufacturing, infrastructure, life sciences and more. In addition to client delivery, you will play a key role in supporting the development of junior members and undertake business development aligned with the growth of the firm.

Key requirements
- Comprehensive internal audit experience from commercial sectors and preferably from professional service background
- Experience developing and monitoring internal audit plans (including annual audit plan) and delegating/resourcing effectively to execute appropriately
- Ability to coach, mentor and support team development with displayable line management experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Must hold a relevant professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CMIIA)
