Key Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a team in delivering exceptional service
- Drive operational excellence day-to-day
- Train staff to delight guests with our menu, drinks, and ambiance
- Proactively grow the pub’s reputation (great food, drinks, vibes!)
- Foster a work-hard-play-hard environment for you and your squad
