Key Responsibilities
- Lead & mentor a team in delivering exceptional service

- Proactively grow the pub’s reputation (great food, drinks, vibes!)
- Foster a work-hard-play-hard environment for you and your squad

Must-Have Skills
✔ Proven hospitality experience (e.g., earlier roles in managerial team ops) ✔ Customer service superstar—spot-on other people’s needs and wow them
