Assistant Manager - £29,500 - 40 hours per week

Address: Hilton Park Services, M6 between Junction 10A and 11, Essington, Wolverhampton, WV11 2AT

As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just Assist, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will be able to lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues:

  • Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need

  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
