Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager Jason’s Deli
Salary Range $48,000 – $55,000 per year
Jason’s Deli is a family-owned business founded in 1976, known for creating nourishing experiences tied to both exceptional food and a Great Place to Work. In 2018, the company launched its Career Path Program, designed to help employees grow from day one all the way to Managing Partner.

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage and oversee shifts by guiding, coaching, and training our team to ensure we maintain high standards in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor employees
- Supervise daily operations to maintain profitability and quality
- Deliver Out-of-This-World Hospitality daily
- Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards
