Assistant Manager – Royal Hotel, Ross-on-Wye

Experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager wanted for the historic Royal Hotel in Ross-on-Wye. This is a demanding role requiring:
- Proven expertise in leading large teams
- Strong experience in hotel operations, restaurants, and function rooms management
- Resilience to thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment

Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, your role will be:
- Supporting the General Manager in daily operations.
- Stepping in as duty manager in their absence.
- Leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Acting as a role model for staff, including training and development.
- Ensuring brand standards, customer and team safety are upheld at all times.
