About the Role: Assistant Manager
You’re the backbone of our management team – responsible for ensuring the pub runs seamlessly, while constantly representing our brand at its best.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, stepping up when necessary.
- Lead your team by example to deliver unforgettable customer experiences that define our brand.
- Act as a mentor and trainer for staff, fostering growth to ensure our team and customers enjoy exceptional service every day.
- Uphold brand standards and prioritise safety for both customers and staff at all times.
