Who You Are
You take ownership of store operations and team leadership, working collaboratively to drive business performance. As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team, meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team. You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, energetic approach to challenges.
What You’ll Do
People
- Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors.
Sales and Service
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.
- Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
- Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
- Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue.
- Ensure consistent client communication using all available clienteling tools.
Operations
- Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.
- Utilize company communication platforms effectively and take appropriate action on updates.
You’ll Need to Have
- Proven retail and management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance sales and customer experience
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail setting
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English and effective communication skill

In compliance with certain Pay Transparency laws, employers are required to disclose a compensation range. The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.
Compensation Range: 45,000.00 - 65,000.00 GBP
