Assistant Manager - Greens Retail (Inverurie)
Location: Greens of Inverurie Pay: £28,000 per annum Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Role
We’re seeking a self-motivated, proactive Assistant Manager to provide support (when needed) to the Store Manager in the daily and operational management of Greens of Inverurie.
Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle challenges head-on, and relish the opportunity to enhance one of Scotland’s finest convenience stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager’s absence (including sickness and holidays).
- Ensure all procedures, policies, and operations run seamlessly.
- Contribute to recruitment and team development, helping grow high-performance staff.
- Manage stock control, including scheduling orders for food and key supplies.
- Create and maintain efficient staff rotas.
