Club Manager (Full-Time Lead Role) – Everlast Gyms – Opening Autumn 2026


About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position, accountable for the overall performance and daily operations of your new club. You’ll set the standard for excellence in sales, service, and operations, driving commercial success across all fronts while ensuring every member enjoys an unmatched experience.

As the face of Everlast Gyms, you will:

  • Lead by example, embodying professionalism on the gym floor and reception
  • Enforce high standards across all areas
  • Inspire your team to deliver outstanding results

With a sharp eye for detail and a solutions-driven mindset, you’ll take full ownership of KPIs, team development, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire

  • Recruit, develop, and empower a high-performing team
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to maximise individual & team potential

Drive Commercial Success

  • Own revenue streams, including:
    • Memberships
    • Personal training (PT)
    • Secondary spend (up-sells & cross-sells)
  • Maximise overall club profitability

Elevate Member Experience

  • Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium environment
  • Ensure every member interaction is exceptional

Operate with Excellence

  • Oversee sales and operational processes, aligning with company standards
  • Implement and maintain central initiatives, including:
    • FUNDAMENTALS
    • ASCEND
    • MOVE

  • Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and presentation—at all times (Even when not on shift!)

Requirements

Essential
