Job Description
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you’ll lead by example, making sure our customers and teams have a great experience.

What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including leading operations in their absence
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing customer experiences
- Act as a role model for the team and provide support for training and development
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times
What You’ll Bring
You’ll need:
- Passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to motivate and support the team
- An ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during busy shifts
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in everything you do
