Assistant Manager – Be Part of an Exciting New Chapter

We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to join our community pub by Hammersmith Bridge.

With a major refurbishment just around the corner, this is an exciting opportunity to join us as we begin a new chapter. Our vision is simple: to create a destination that combines elevated, seasonal pub food with genuine, warm hospitality, all while remaining at the heart of our local community.

Our guests are our focus. Whether they're joining us for a pint with friends, a Sunday lunch or an overnight stay in one of our bedrooms, we want every person to leave knowing exactly what a great pub with rooms should feel like.

You'll work alongside an experienced Head Chef and a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy what they do. As Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the guest experience, supporting the team and helping drive the business through its exciting transformation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
